What Are Your Travel Fees?
There are no travel fees for weddings located within a 30 mile round trip radius of where I reside in Belgrade, MT.
- Events outside of the radius are subject to a travel fee that is to be determined based upon mileage (.60/mile).
- If travel exceeds one hour of driving (one way), hotel accommodations are required.
- If travel requires flying, a 2 night stay + other applicable travel costs like flight + vehicle transportation are required. A 2-night stay is a buffer for unexpected events like car issues or flight delays
