What Are Your Travel Fees?
For weddings within a 30-mile round trip from Belgrade, MT, there are no travel fees.
If your wedding is a little further, but still under about an hour’s drive from Belgrade, there’s just a flat $50 rate. This covers locations like Whitehall, Ennis, Big Sky, Livingston, Emigrant/Pray, and Big Timber.
For events that are beyond that, a reasonable travel fee will be determined based on your specific location and the time of year. Don’t worry—it’s all about making sure we can get there comfortably and safely!
For any travel over an hour one-way, hotel accommodations are needed.
If flying is required, a 2-night stay (to account for unexpected travel delays) as well as applicable travel costs like flights and transportation will be necessary. That way, no matter what, I’ll be there when you need me!
